What this is, what it isn't. “Registered office” is the postal address Companies House uses for filings. It's a strong signal that an entity is local to the area but isn't proof it owns specific property here. We layer HM Land Registry's corporate-ownership data (CCOD & OCOD) on top of this when the monthly snapshot is loaded. This outcode isn't in the current snapshot.
Every company on this page is sourced live from Companies House, the UK statutory register, via their public data API. The "likely property" classification is a name- based heuristic. We look for words like Management, Residents, Freehold, Estate, Holdings, so it's suggestive, not exhaustive. SIC codes 68xxx (real estate activities) provide a second signal.
